We believe in honesty, integrity and applying the highest standards across every level of our business. As a vertically integrated producer, we take pride in offering our customers unparalleled quality and end-to-end traceability. Our farm-raised hybrid striped bass, red drum, hybrid channel catfish and Pacific white shrimp are harvested to order, chilled on-the-spot, then packed and ready for delivery within hours to preserve maximum freshness and flavor.

Starting with just thirteen aquaculture ponds in 1989, we’ve grown over the years into America's largest farm-raised producer of hybrid striped bass, red drum, and Pacific white shrimp.
