Lytle Seafoods is an oyster farm and processor located in Hoquiam, Washington. Founded in the late 1980's by Mike and Kathy Lytle, Mike - an Alaskan fisherman, decided to broaden his seafood horizon and go into the oyster business. Starting out with nothing but a small pole building, Lytle Seafoods began their business by selling oysters to large shucking houses. Today, Lytle Seafoods operates out of a 4400 square foot facility, where in addition to oysters, they now offer a wide selection of Alaskan and Washington caught salmon.
