Pacific Harvest Seafoods is a wholesaler located in San Juan Bautista, CA. Established in 1974, Pacific Harvest has been serving the greater San Francisco and Monterey Bay areas for over 30 years. With a wide variety of products sourced from over twenty countries, their seafood is a favorite amongst local restaurants, hotels and markets.

Known for both its familiar and exotic products, Pacific Harvest offers everything from mahi-mahi and yellowtail to tobikko. To ensure freshness and quality, the catalog of products is constantly changing in relation to the season, weather patterns, and availability. Each shipment Pacific Harvest receives is carefully inspected and graded by their staff to check for freshness, color, cut, and weight. Seafood is then put on ice and delivered via refrigerated truck to insure maximum shelf life.

Pacific Harvest is committed to sustainable business practices both in terms of their product, and their facility. Beyond offering a line of sustainably caught products, their new facility has been built with recycled and man-made products to reduce their environmental impact. Future plans also include adding solar panels and a windmill to the facility.
