Jon Hunter is a second generation fisher and troller in the Queen Charlotte Islands, known to locals as Haida Gwaii. He created Queen Charlotte Seafoods in 2003 in order to offer buyers unique, ocean-fresh products. Fish are delivered 24 hours after being ordered on one of the company’s reserved same-day flights, guaranteeing all of its seafood is sustainable and traceable from boat to plate.
