Seattle Caviar Co.
✕The Seattle Caviar Company has been in business since 1990. This local company's primary goal has always been to provide clients with high-quality caviar products. In 1993, Seattle Caviar began working with U.S. sturgeon farms to develop a sustainable caviar. The company's goal was modified to provide the “finest quality sustainable caviar.” Today all of its caviar comes from sustainable producers or fishermen. Seattle Caviar also offers recipe and serving suggestions for their products.
Seattle Caviar Co. is involved in the procurement process of all its products, investigating the growing conditions for each species. Whether wild or farmed, the business studies the living conditions and feed of its fish. No additional additives, growth hormones, GMOs, or antibiotics are used in the production of the company's caviar products. To further protect the resource, the Seattle Caviar's founder worked closely with the USFWS to stop caviar smuggling. In 2003, the USFWS acknowledged this work and formally made him an Honorary Special Agent. The Seattle Caviar team continues to be knowledgeable about its products and sources, as well as dedicated to company goals.
