Tropical Food Service

Tropical Food Service is a seafood distributor dedicated to supplying shrimp and fish, mainly to the hotel industry in Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. The company provides seasonal seafood products from the bay and from other sources from states of Jalisco and Nayarit. Tropical Food Service works with two fishing cooperatives and a shrimp farm in Nayarit.

Tropical Food Service always informs its customers about the sources of seafood products they are purchasing. The company also periodically offers talks to its customers about the hygienic preparation of seafood and shares recipes with their clients' chefs. Tropical Food Services also shares published reports and prepares presentations to teach the importance of taking care of local ocean resources.
