Bill started his fishing career as a shrimp farmer, and subsequently moved into clam and oyster farming. He's since expanded his seafood operations along the southern East Coast to include both mahi mahi and swordfish boats. Operating a business that emphasizes the importance of providing a local supply of seafood products, only Yonges Island Fish Company's surplus catch is shipped out to areas farther away than South Carolina.
