The women of the Princess love catching fish and turning them into a beautiful product. The F/V Princess provides the highest quality, sashimi grade fish. Their Marine Stewardship Council-certified albacore tuna and their salmon are all frozen-at-sea, bringing you a fish that taste like it was just caught. All their fish are caught quickly and humanely using hook and line - no struggling in a net, no stress, no bruising, and no scale loss.
You can buy a whole fish or a ton of fish - albacore and wild king salmon for home canning or filling your freezer. If a whole fish is too much, get your friends and neighbors together and split one. F/V Princess can even do the cutting for you right on the boat. Off-the-boat sales usually happen in late September so get on the list and get your canning jars ready.
