IncredibleFish, Inc.
✕Miami-based IncredibleFish, a division of Sysco founded in 1997, is one of the country’s leading fresh seafood distributors servicing quality-driven customers nationwide. Operating under the motto “We’ve Got it All," IncredibleFish provides their customers with a one-stop shop option and a wide variety of products that includes everything from swordfish, tuna, grouper, pompano, to wahoo and cobia. Believing in the importance of healthy oceans along with happy customers, IncredibleFish also makes every effort to purchase and distribute wild and farm-harvested species from sustainable fisheries and aquafarms.
With a staff of highly experienced seafood professionals who work tirelessly to offer customers the highest quality product at competitive prices, IncredibleFish is able to offer a wide assortment of domestic and imported fish. IncredibleFish’s product catalog includes whole, H&G, filleted, and portioned fish that is handled and processed in their modern, HACCP-approved facilities in Miami, Florida. All fish are individually inspected for quality control, and snappers under 12 inches, along with small grouper are rejected to dissuade the harvesting and importing of immature fish.
Additional efforts to improve sustainability, while improving their customer experience has led IncredibleFish to join forces with Trace Register. Trace Register is a web-based program that allows users to trace their product information on a lot-by-lot, and shipment-by-shipment basis, throughout every step of the supply chain.
