LTE, Inc.

Since 1984 LTE, Inc. has been raising softshell crawfish in southern Louisiana. Their initial location was south of Baton Rouge; the company is now located in the Felicianas, just north of Baton Rouge. LTE, Inc. has recently built a 9,000 sq. ft. facility where they raise and package thousands of pounds of softshell crawfish each year. They take live crawfish and hold them until they molt, collecting the freshly molted softshell crawfish and processing them. All products are cleaned, vacuum sealed, and immediately frozen to ensure freshness.
